We act as the data controller for personal data we collect directly (e.g. website enquiries, account sign-ups). For personal data entered into the TyreTec Software by our customers (e.g. their business customers' details, vehicle registrations, employee records), our customers are the data controllers, and we act as their data processor under a separate data processing agreement.
